About the Podcast & Host
The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast is founded and hosted by Paul Cruz, an advocate, speaker, and late-diagnosed ADHD individual based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The podcast was created as a platform to amplify the voices of neurodivergent individuals—celebrating their stories, perspectives, and contributions to the world.
Paul’s own journey of feeling misunderstood as a child—and later gaining clarity through his ADHD diagnosis in adulthood—inspires his mission to create safe, inclusive spaces where neurodiverse voices are valued and uplifted. His work challenges outdated stereotypes and promotes a culture that embraces neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and beyond as natural and meaningful variations of the human experience.
Through his podcast and advocacy efforts, Paul champions inclusive education, supportive workplaces, and mental well-being practices that prioritize accessibility for all. He believes that when neurodivergent individuals are met with understanding and respect, their unique creativity and innovation can truly thrive.
The podcast is a reflection of Paul’s vision: a welcoming, judgment-free space where guests can share their authentic stories and listeners can connect, learn, and grow. With each episode, Paul continues to expand the conversation around neurodiversity through storytelling, education, and collaboration.
Mission: To provide a safe and inclusive platform where neurodivergent individuals can share their stories and perspectives without judgment.
Vision: A world where neurodiversity is not only accepted, but celebrated as an essential part of the human experience.
“Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated. This podcast is my way of helping make that happen.” – Paul Cruz
