About the Founder & Host
Paul Cruz is the founder and host of The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast, a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Paul is a passionate public speaker and advocate who draws from his own lived experiences as a late-diagnosed individual with ADHD.
As a child, Paul often felt out of place in a world that didn’t fully understand him. That sense of disconnect became the inspiration for a lifelong mission: to create a safe, empowering space where neurodiverse voices can be heard, valued, and celebrated. His diagnosis as an adult gave him clarity—and fueled his commitment to advocacy and education.
Paul is dedicated to promoting the philosophy of neurodiversity, which embraces neurological differences like autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more as natural variations of the human experience. His work challenges outdated societal norms and calls for greater inclusion in education, employment, and everyday life.
Through his podcast and outreach, Paul advocates for inclusive teaching practices, flexible work environments, and policies that prioritize mental well-being and cognitive accessibility. He believes that by supporting neurodivergent individuals with understanding and respect, society can unlock powerful creativity, innovation, and perspective.
The Neurodiversity Voices Podcast is a reflection of Paul’s vision: a dynamic and inclusive platform where guests can share their stories without judgment—and listeners can connect, learn, and grow. Paul continues to explore new ways to expand this mission through collaboration, education, and storytelling.
“Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated. This podcast is my way of helping make that happen.” – Paul Cruz
